Is your IT department stuck in reactive mode?
Many growing businesses have talented people but lack experienced IT leadership. Instead of driving the business forward, IT becomes known as the department that fixes computers.
Technology shouldn't be a cost center.
It should be a competitive advantage.
The hidden cost of reactive IT.
When technology runs without leadership, the costs don't show up as a line item. They show up as lost time, stalled projects, and missed opportunity. Industry research tells the story.
Four ways we move IT forward.
Strategic Technology Partner
Executive technology leadership without hiring a full-time IT Director or CIO. Strategy, governance, and decisions, embedded in your team.
IT strategy & roadmaps
Clear priorities that align technology investments with business goals: budget planning, governance, and project prioritization.
Team development
Help your IT staff become strategic partners instead of ticket processors: leadership coaching, process improvement, and mentorship.
Technology advisory
Independent advice on vendors, infrastructure, cybersecurity, budgeting, and modernization, with no product agenda.
Three steps to IT that drives your business.
Discovery
We meet with your team, listen carefully, and map your current technology landscape: people, systems, and pain points.
Strategy
We build a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned to your business goals, with a budget, a timeline, and decisions you can act on.
Execution
Embedded IT leadership that moves your team and technology forward: accountable, hands-on, and measured against your goals.
I've sat where your technicians sit. I've sat where your executives sit.
At Kodiak57, our perspective is built on more than 25 years of real-world IT leadership. That experience spans every level of the organization—from the Help Desk to the IT Director's office—and across manufacturing, financial services, and managed services.
We've experienced the challenges faced by technical teams and the expectations of executive leadership. That unique perspective allows us to bridge the gap between business and IT, aligning technology with strategy, operations, and measurable business outcomes.
Most consultants tell you what technology to buy.
Kodiak57 helps you build an IT organization that earns trust across the business. People, process, and leadership are what create lasting success.
Built for manufacturers. Valuable to any growing business.
Manufacturing is where we have the deepest experience, from plant floors to corporate offices, but our leadership approach works anywhere technology and business need to work together.
About Kodiak57
Our Journey
Every leader's perspective is shaped by experience. Ours began on the front lines.
More than 25 years ago, our founder started in a Level 1 Help Desk role, learning technology from the ground up. That technical foundation led to roles in systems administration, infrastructure, management, and ultimately IT leadership. Along the way came experience in manufacturing, financial services, and managed services—working with organizations of all sizes and at every level of the business.
As the career progressed, the focus shifted from technology itself to something even more impactful: leading people, building strong teams, and helping businesses achieve meaningful outcomes through technology.
Today, that perspective shapes every engagement at Kodiak57. We understand the challenges IT professionals face because we've lived them. We also understand the expectations of executives because we've sat at that table too.
What We Believe
Technology is no longer a support function tucked away behind the scenes. It has become a critical driver of business success.
Cybersecurity, infrastructure, service delivery, and technology strategy are no longer afterthoughts—they are foundational business decisions that influence growth, productivity, and resilience.
For technology to deliver real value, IT and the business must work as partners. That partnership is built on communication, trust, shared goals, and strong leadership. When those elements come together, IT becomes more than a department that solves problems—it becomes a team that helps shape the future of the business.
Our Leadership Philosophy
Technology doesn't transform businesses—people do.
Successful IT organizations are built around clear values, strong relationships, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Keeping the lights on will always matter, but today's IT teams are expected to do much more. They should help improve operations, reduce risk, support innovation, and contribute to business growth.
That only happens when teams understand the company's goals and are empowered to align their work with those objectives. Leadership provides that clarity and direction.
Why Kodiak57 Exists
Kodiak57 was founded on a simple belief: businesses deserve technology leadership that creates lasting value.
Many growing organizations have talented IT professionals but lack strategic direction. Others have ambitious business goals but struggle to align technology with those priorities.
Our purpose is to bridge that gap.
We help business leaders and IT teams work together, develop a shared vision, and build an IT organization that earns its place as a trusted business partner.

You can expect practical advice, honest conversations, and a leadership-first approach focused on delivering measurable business value.
